CardsUwant will not allow posting of gift cards that are less then 2 weeks (14 days) old.
CardsUwant.com Inc. provides a platform for the buying, selling and trading of gift cards. Although cardsUwant.com Inc. will undertake multiple security and verification features, unless UVerified, cardsUwant.com Inc. may not be able to verify and confirm the amounts on each individual card, and as such takes no legal liability for cards delivered with incorrect amounts. Users are limited to three online transactions per month.
It is up to the buyer to confirm gift card amounts once received. Most retailers will accept gift cards in either US or Canadian funds. When purchasing a gift card in a foreign currency it is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the gift card will be accepted by their local merchant. Should there be any dispute, the buyer is obligated to notify cardsUwant.com Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of the card. CardsUwant.com Inc. is not liable for any cards that may not contain the correct value.
It is the site user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account information. The user is responsible for all use of the site and what they access through it. If any unauthorized use of your account occurs, you agree to notify us immediately of the unauthorized use of your information or any other actual or suspected breach of cardsUwant security. A person must have only one account registered on the website. One is not allowed to register more then one account on the site. Failure to adhere to this may lead to account suspension and auction and bid terminations.
