How To Sell

Selling gift cards is simple, easy and fast!

Step 1: Registration: You need to register with cardsUwant.com Inc. before selling a gift card.

Step 2: U Sell: By clicking on the “List a Card” button you will be taken to the sell page where you will be prompted to provide:
- Card Details: Card description and condition.
- Minimum Bid: Set the minimum bid for your card. Set your minimum bid carefully as you are obligated to accept the amount should you receive no other bids
- Buy it Now: By selecting the Buy it Now feature, you can set the price for your gift card, eliminating the auction process
- UVerified and UAssured: Select your customer protection plan. Note that when selecting UVerified the seller will be invoiced an additional $4.00 for the service
- Card verification details: This will allow cardsUwant.com Inc. to confirm amounts on all gift cards

Step 3: Preview: Review all the details of your auction and confirm your minimum bid and card details before your card goes live.

Step 4: Posting: Review all cardsUwant.com Inc. terms and conditions and post your card live on cardsUwant.com Inc.

Step 5: Auction Process: During the auction process, you will receive email notification of all bids on your card. Once the auction has closed you will be notified via email of the winning bid including shipping location details.

Step 6: Shipping: Sellers are obligated to ship gift cards within 48 hours of auction close. It’s up to the seller to determine the best means of shipping. CardsUwant.com Inc. provides links to rate calculators for Canada Post and United States Postal service. We also provide courier options via our preferred shipping vendor UPS. Note that should you use UPS, shipping costs will be billed back to the seller upon completion of the sale. .

Step 7: Payment: You only pay cardsUwant.com Inc. once you sell your gift card. Following the completion of the sale, cardsUwant will invoice the seller for appropriate listing fees, shipping (if applicable) and customer confidence programs (if applicable). Buyers are obligated to pay sellers within 48 hours of auction close.
